Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting support@mylee.in.
• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Return & Refund

• Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
• In case of a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
• Products returned without the original tags intact will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
